Fisherman / Woman Hat in Super Fine Alpaca - in Natural Colors

Had this crazy idea to double strand this amazing Super Fine Alpaca for my Fisherman / Woman hat. Voila note photo. So this weekend I worked up the triple stranded version. Photo to come, after I get it washed. I managed to work up both from one of the 8 oz skeins of this amazingly soft Super Fine Alpaca in Natural Colors - no dyes. Normally I work my fingerless Mittens with the cables in this Alpaca yarn double stranded as they are so soft and warm. Not sure if triple stranded hats and mittens are over the top... I guess...

Finally got this pattern finalized and posted onto our www.yarnhygge.com web site. I still have to post the yarn. At least everyone who has purchased this yarn at either Vermont, Rhinebeck or New England Fiber Festivals will be able to down load the pattern. I still need to post the fingerless mittens in same yarn. I love this yarn it is amazingly soft. it is 50% BFL (Blue Face Leicester) and 50% Merino. Each skein has approximately 4.4 oz / 109 yards.
