ARAN, WORSTED OR BULKY yarns.

Materials: Approx. 220-260 yards depending on weight of yarn you use.

US Size 6 (4mm) & 8 (5mm) Circular Knitting Needles - 16” length & 

US Size 7 (4.5mm) Circular Knitting Needles - 16” length & DP Knitting Needles - 6” or 8” length for decreasing crown of hat.

Gauge:

BULKY: 4 1/2 sts/1” & 6 rounds/1” on US size 7 (4.5mm) needles in stockinette. 

ARAN & WORSTED: 4 3/4 sts/1” & 6 1/2 rounds/1” on US size 7 (4.5mm) needles in stockinette. 

Fits heads 22-24” around head - height of hat is adjustable, by moving the rib up or down.

Techniques: Cast On, Bind Off, Knit, Purl, Knit 2 together, Knit 2 together through back loops, Wrap & Turn.
