Pattern - Hat - Running Rabbit Hat - SW Merino - Bulky - 2505

This Pattern is written for the SW Merino - BULKY yarn.

But you can use any BULKY Weight yarn as long as you get the gauge, make sure to wash your sample, to ensure your sample doesn't grow too much..

Finished hat size: 21-22" around the head & 16" bottom edge over the crown of the head to the bottom edge covering the ears.

You can always adjust the height of the hat, by either adding or deleting rounds.

To adjust the circumference of the hat change your needle size, either up for larger or down for smaller. Adjust rounds accordingly, as your hat will either become taller or lower.

You need: US Size 10 Double Pointed Needles and

US Size 7 Circular Needles - 16" length &

US Size 10 Circular Needles - 24" length

Do NOT use a shorter Circular Needles length or your hat will be too small. 

Marker.

2 skeins of the SW Merino - BULKY in 2 different colors.

NOTE: If you use another bulky yarn, make sure to work up a sample and wash your sample.

DO NOT USE ANY SINGLE PLY,  SOFT SPUN,  SUPER WASH BULKY YARNS - AS THEY WILL GROW!

Pay attention to the variegated colors.
