Pattern - Hat - Honey Comb Hat - Fingering - Pattern 2200

This Hat Pattern is written for the Fingering Weight yarn.

I used Fleece Artist Vine for the hat in the photo, but any fingering will work as long as you get the gauge. 

HAT SIZE WASHED 23-24” circumference (around head) & 16” bottom edge over crown of head to bottom edge covering the ears.

You need: US Size 2.5 (3 mm) Double Pointed Needles and

US Size 1.5 (2.5 mm) Circular Needles - 16" length &

US Size 2.5 (3 mm) Circular Needles - 24" length

Do NOT use a shorter length or your hat will be too small. 

Marker.

I only used a total of 1.5 oz for the entire hat, so with 2 skeins you could make multiple hats.

Hat size washed: 23-24"circumference (around head) & 16" bottom edge over crown of head to bottom edge. Hat will be smaller till you wash it.

Being  textured, the stitches will relax during wash, hence grow some.

2 skeins of Fingering in 2 different colors.

Pay attention to the variegated colors.
