Pattern - Hat - Woods Man / Woods Woman Hat in ARAN or Worsted Weight - 21

This Pattern is written for ARAN or Worsted Weight yarns,  as long as you get close to the gauge.

You need: US Size 7 (4.5 mm) Double Pointed Needles & US Size 7 (4.5 mm) Circular Needle - 16" length.

Marker.

1 skein of either ARAN or Worsted yarn with approx. 150 yards/3.5 oz (100 gram).

Gauge in Rib Pattern Relaxed on US Size 7 (4.5 mm) needles: 5 sts/1" & 6 rounds/1"

Hat fits a head 20"-23" around the head and 14 1/2-15" bottom edge over top of head to bottom edge. You can easily adjust the height by adding extra rounds, but you may need a second skein of yarn if you choose to increase the size of this hat.
