Pattern - Sweater - Basic Raglan - The "Vams" in Brushed Kid Mohair - 039

This Pattern is written specifically for the Brushed Kid Mohair yarn.

"Vams" means Cozy Sweater in Danish.

It's ONLY written for Chest Sizes: 33", 36", 40" & 44".

It is easy to adjust, if you need help let me know.

You need: US Size 11 & 13 Double Pointed Needles and

US Size 11 & 13 Circular Needle - 24" or 32" length,

plus  Size 11 Circular Needle - 16" length. 

4 Stitch Holders & markers.

2 skeins of the Brushed Kid Mohair for sizes 33" & 36" &

3 skeins for size 40" & 4 skeins for size 44" Chest, or 1 skein of GOLDIEHAIR by Fleece Artist for the first 3 sizes. 2 skeins for the largest size.

Plus you can use any Brushed Kid Mohair "Fingering" weight. If you use "Lace" weight you would want to use double strand. 

This pattern will also work for Adult Mohair. Just check your gauge before you start.

The pattern is basic, worked bottom up with raglan sleeves. iCord bind of and short rows in the back are optional.
